Once your membership has been approved, you will receive an email for you to sign up to GoCardless. Please make sure you check your junk mail or set up the following email addresses as 'safe' addresses: bowdon@webbookingsservices.co.uk and help@gocardless.com
Please be aware that memberships are for an annual period and should you pay by instalments, you are liable for the whole year's subscription.

Consents

* Payment Consent. You agree to pay the full annual subscription at whatever frequency chosen unless agreed in writing by the Membership Secretary.
* Rules of the Club. You certify that you are eligible to play for the Club in any of the leagues they play in and that you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the club and leagues. Junior members (U11 & aged 11-17) must sign up for a junior training programme and pay the proper fee to the section. All members must elect to play matches for Bowdon and no other team that conflicts with Bowdon on a league or match day. (School match requirements excluded). If transferring from another Club, you are free of any suspension, are free of any debt and have informed them of your intention to change Clubs. You will be sent emails appropriate to your selected primary sport.
Photo Consent. Bowdon Club recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all young people in sport. As part of our commitment to ensure the safety of young people we will not permit photographs, recorded images or other images of young people to be taken or used without the consent of the parents and the young person. Bowdon Club will follow the guidance for the use of images of young people as detailed in Bowdon Club’s Policy for the Taking and use of Photographic and Recorded Images of Young People and the good practice guidance from the English Cricket Board, England Hockey, and England Squash as appropriate. Bowdon Club will take steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended, which is for coaching and the promotion and celebration of the activities of Bowdon Cricket, Hockey, and Squash Club.
